Being in El Paso hasn't been so bad.

I've spent most of my time with my ninja assasin nephew and 'too cool for you' teenage niece who laugh everytime I let an f bomb drop. I haven't been around kids in awhile so I forget I need to watch my language but my sister wants them to spend as much time with me as possible so it's her fault, let's just say that she's asking for it!

Anyhow the way things went down at work this week prevented me from saying goodbye to a few good coworkers. I did however stress to human resources during my exit interview that something needed to be done for the good of the fine people who worked with me at Time Warner. It's defitnetly a good feeling not having to answer to those nazi bitches anymore but I'll miss all the little people.

I'll probably come to Austin for the holidays, well maybe if I'm not too poor or snowed in and don't wanna leave my place. Either way I'll find my way to Austin to see my people...

Changing the subject, I went out last night to Velvet Rose which was has 80's night and I love me some 80's. I ran into about ten people I went to high school with, people who I forgot about or just lost touch with were there. It was a mini Jefferson High School reunion and it went better than I thought. The five saphire and tonics probably helped some but for the most part everyone was very receptive and cool with me. One guy David disliked me because he thought I was after his girlfriend. After I told him I was just trying to do her hair and nails we were best buds the rest of the night! I stayed out til 5am and didn't get up on time to go to church with my folks, oh well!

gotta go, I'm taking the kiddos to watch Sky High and I have to practice not cursing in front of them...wish me luck.
