friday the 13th took us back down to the lake, heh! plodding plodding plodding, stupid 100-degree weather before the heat index; at least most of the trail was shaded. took a rest day thursday and was going to do something today, but i think i'm going to rest today too and start planning half-days in prep for big runs like yesterday.
