I'm always intrigued by Tonks emerging as an apparently major character, when in fact she only comes into OoTP so peripherally. You flesh her out nicely. (No double entendre intended!)

Yeah, it's the inherant lesbianism of her short hair, ahem. And I'm very proud that I finally wrote proper femmeslash!

I've written Tonks a few times now, and I'm very fond of her, but it is strange because there really isn't much to go on. OotP portrays her as clumsy and a bit daft (she changes faces at the table to amuse the kids), but also a good Auror and generally nice and sensible person.

I do wonder how important she'll be in later books because I think she's a bit of a random add-in by JKR, a younger Order member so that Harry and the others have someone closer to them that they can relate too, and a member of the Black-Malfoy family so that JKR could flesh them out a bit. I'll be surprised if she's any more important that just general helping the Order.

Sorry, I've been pondering what HBP will contain quite a lot over the last few days, and I think soon I might get around to writing and osting my masterlist of predictions.

I love this. Tonks being horrified about Snape (and thinking hermione would fancy Bill and Remus...but then who wouldn't). Hermione taking control of the situation, and Snape walking in on then...priceless. I for one am loving the fact that there is new porn from you everyday...
