travel!
I'm back! *waves frantically* Except, um, I forgot to mention we were going away. ;) Oops. Anyway, we were in the midwest for a wedding this past weekend and I had such a glorious time.
We also got to meet magicofisis!! eeee!!!! omg, we had such a lovely time -- and there wasn't even food! Actually, I was so embarrassed because when she found us in the Science Museum, I was laughing like an idiot over something we'd been discussing (things you WOULD want to do more than 18 times in your life: ie, breathing, having lunch, sex, and etc...) Don't ask where the conversation started...
So, yes, when I met magicofisis for the first time I was looking neither intelligent nor studious, just very very silly. All in all, though, way too short of a time to spend with her. We talked about lots of things (not just HP!!) and the Science Museum was quite good. We didn't make it through half of the exhibits. I'd really like to go back.
I think this weekend was so lovely because we had a great mix of relaxing, eating, and doing things. The Science Museum, yes, and we also went to the Mall of America (roller coaster!!! and the Swatch store!) and danced SO MUCH at the wedding, and walked around downtown St. Paul in the rain and ate good food. One of the things that I love about copilot is that we have so much fun together. It's silly, but I think that's one of the reasons we work so well together. Well, that and he has facial hair. Score.

So, tell me, darlings: what have I missed in my days of internet-free existence? And maybe someone can give me some insight into the rash of (possible) name changes? help?
