Since last year three main repos (Livna, Dribble, FreshRPMs) that provided additional packages for Fedora/RHEL have merged into single entity - RPMFusion. I was absolutely sure there is no need in Livna anymore, but...
If you want to play protected DVDs you will need libdvdcss. This is small library for accessing and unscrambling DVDs encrypted with the Content Scramble System (CSS). Due to some legal concerns, RPMFusion doesn't support libdvdcss, so you need Livna or FreshRPMs to get the stuff.
