Well liking my job quite a bit! It's amazing that working 8 hours a day 2 days in a row so far goes way faster than 6 hours every other day at my last job.
Pretty much we give the kids lots of positive reinforcement, and if they do something they're not supposed to we just ignore them till they come around which they usually do because they LOVE positive feedback (like with josh we go "awesome, Josh! You are so smart. Give me a high five!")
So anyway, I feel like we're really helping these kids while still having fun, which is how I was tought. :D
