0. General:
Things go on as always. No major news.
1. Comic:
The sf comic draft is done. I thought it was done weeks ago but then some more retcons were necessary.. But now it's really done. I have begun the actual drawing. For some reason I felt inspired to begin with page 50 instead of page 1, so there will still take some time before I put it online. The plan is to start sometime in November, and get Issue #1 finished this year. The, after christmas break, issue 2# will be up.
2. Science:
..works well too.
Next manuscript will be sent in these days and hopefully accepted this year or early next year.
3. Computer:
My soundcard died. That means that "Brødrene Dal og mysteriet om Karl XII's gamasjer" must wait. Game of Thrones as well. D:
4. Wine:
Wine tasting this weekend - Italy, Piedmont. And wine and dine.
For some reason, the better the wine, the more expensive it has to be.
And, for some reason, I got drunk.
5. It's scary to think about that it's soon christmas again. Where did time go?
6. Social media, various:
My tumblr is kind of on a halt. While I follow some wonderful blogs there I'm overall not so happy with how that site is organized. Like, there is no way to sort what you want to look at and what not, on my dash there is always this mix of art blogs, news blogs, other blogs etc and that's just zombifying. You are also very dependent on other people there, there's no general place to showcase your stuff, so getting attention heavily depends on getting reblogged by somebody else. Hard times for newbes. I'll post there from time to time but not regularly.
I occasionally use twitter, for my own use, to progress report on the comic project. It's interesting to look back at the "history".
No news on facebook, still haven't any good ideas what to use that place for. Maybe some landscape pictures, the town here and such general things?
7. Urmel..
Finally saw this great german cultural piece "Urmel aus dem Eis". Now I'm not able to get that song out of my head. XD
