I do still straggle along with the manga, even though most of the excitement and novelty of the series has long expired. There are only a handful of characters I even glance at, and their development seems to have stagnated or become so Pollyanna that I just get disgusted... Anyhow, I read it, yes and in this chapter we have..image heavy
Exhibit A.
On page 2 it was like, BAM in your FACE! Nice perspective there Kishimoto, classy. In case you can't tell from this, ah, angle, the individual pictured is Fu, the 7-tails.
It's bittersweet to see one of my fav (though short-lived) characters, Yugito Nii again- she has shown up a few times prior to this installment. But, I can't say I was pleased at the well, rather disrespectful way she was featured here.
Exhibit B.
Oops, looks like a wardrobe malfunction? I might have passed this one up as moving the plot along showing that the revived (though possessed) jinchuriki are able to be injured. Still, a bit of a stretch.
And then...
Exhibition C.
Can't justify this one. Maybe that sound effect is the zooming in?
And after that....
Exhibition D. (Make that DD)
Disrespect! ^///^ Especially what Killerbee says regarding them. I was just....COME ON! Not poor sweet Yugito! The travesty! She does have really cool nails/claws and a flaming little tail going on, though. I feel like this episode is a peep show more than anything else, it made me facepalm.
As an aside, for someone who supposedly weighs ~111 pounds they must be made of marshmallows. HAHAHAH <- now I want to see fanart of her soft squishy marshmallows. (is anyone else disturbed by the stats in the databooks? I mean, Kakuzu is said to weigh like, 140 and he is over 6'. Maybe the gravity in Naruto land is a lot less? Then the way the ninja fly through the air wouldn't be such a flight of imagination IDK, just a thought that niggles on my mind) Not that Naruto is a reflective of reality, I mean, but still. If she is that light, she needs a sammich, but srsly if anyone is in need of one it was Nagato DX
