Tenants
I haven't updated in a while, largely due to being really fucking busy. I'll probably do a proper update somewhere along the lines. But right now I have a test tomorrow, 2 tests coming up monday, test on wednesday, test on thursday is pushed back to sometime probably the week after?, and a project due on the following sunday. Soooo I'm busy.
Anyways, I've been spending a good amount of time for the past couple of months helping my mom clean up one of our rental properties so we can rent it out again. The old tenants just moved out, and we found out that they were cooking in the apartment for their restaurant which I'm pretty sure their not supposed to do. So pretty much the entire Kitchen was covered in a thick layer of grease, a pretty decent coat of yellow and we had to get that shit all off, as well as buy a few new appliances. The kitchen itself took me and my mom a retarded amount of time to fully clean and she was incredibly mad about it, considering that cost us a lot of money and time. So my mom e-mailed me today with this
"Charlie, our Chinese tenant called today wanting to know when he would be getting his security deposit back. I was speechless I was so outraged!"
I thought that was amazing. So, these motherfucking landlords out Kent piss me off, because we leave these places in good shape. My mom even said we do more work then she expects to clean up after them. So when we continually get dicked over by these people, it's just really frustrating.
Also, when I went there on monday they were showing the place off to some more people. It turns out that they too are planning on owning a resturaunt... Guess who WONT be renting out that place!
Alas, I must return to studying this terrible nonsense. LATERS
