and yea, def get into exercising. i didn't really believe my one counselor when she told me exercise would help me not be so depressed, but now riding my bike so much keeps me pretty happy. i know we're not super close but if you ever need to talk i'm here, cuz i've been/am still there.

Anyways, I would appreciate that :D, but hopefully this herbal stuff and when I finally get into that routine, I wont be depressed bear anymore.
I don't really have much planned for my birthday, just hang outs with kids. The main thing I want to do is white russians with Big Lebowski, because it's so much fun!

i hope it helps, too. ya know, my mom posted this article about how they did a study on the overall happiness of people who took shrooms, and like a year after each person's experience they were all still pretty happy. i was gonna suggest this to you but then thought maybe the heart-probs would not agree haha

And heart problems are pretty much taken care of at this point. Unless the singed tissues decide to reconnect and be complete assholes. The only problems I've had since then, are randomly the left side of my chest hurts if I breath in moderately, then it goes away after like 5-10 seconds.
