(no subject)
I am such a freaking clutz!! I was just eating a bowl of ice cream and after the first few bites i dumped the whole thing over on the floor in front of me. It landed on my speedo back and all over my leg... sounds like a case of the dropsies, right? This wasn't today's first moment of clutziness, though. We'll start earlier this afternoon. Katie, Jamie, and I were making smoothies with my mega-fab smoothie maker, and I went to pour the milk into it, but forgot that I hadn't closed the nozel that the smoothie comes out through in the front. It took a moment for the fact that the milk was going straight through it and all over my counter to travel to my brain.... but I shut it eventually. Katie and Jamie had a laugh over that one. Then, a few hours ago I wen to dip a carrot into the container of dip, but somehow it slipped out of my fingers, landed in my hair, slid off, and splattered all over the floor. I bet if I thought harder I could think of more moments like these today, but they would just make me feel totally incompetent.
So aside from the slipping, spilling, and slopping, today was a decent day... a very decent day actually. As I mentioned earlier, Jamie and Katie came over, and Katie brought Mocha! ahh I love that dog, and my mom even said that if she didn't hate dogs pissing all over the house so much, we would have one just like it by now!
They came over because I had to stay and watch the pool fill today, seeing as it was FINISHED atlast. All of the stone work, including the waterfall, still needs to be done, but we got the go-ahead to fill it up! Boy do I hope it heats up quickly! There's gonna be some gooood times with that thing this summer... oh yes.
I believe I'm going to go work on my collage some more- it should be Fabuloso when it's done!
