I'd advise you not to let the dog anima eat any of the hoof trimmings. They'll make his breath horrendous.

As for how he knows... Anima ownership files are public records. He could have found out any number of ways.

I'm afraid so. Not to mention that in theory, you're wearing your collar at all times. All anyone would have to do is check your tag.
