wow. who knew?
Tonight was the night we found out our nutcracker parts. I was in such suspense the whole ride over, it was terrible. Anyway, I arrived and contemplated just walking by the casting list, because part of me didn't actually want to know. However, maria and deirdre made me look, and i got Chinese Lead. What?! hey, ill take it!!
So that was exciting. But they left me in tall angels, which can't happen, since all the soloists come on stage during angels. and since i can't be in two places at once, i don't have to be in angels anymore, *awesome*. But then again they didn't put me in waltz, marzipan, or snow (although im an understudy for all 3. thats right, all 3.)so my only dance would be chinese. But apparently Erica can't do snow b/c of her knee, so hopefully they remember that im not doing much of anything and they'll put me in.
But some of my dance chicas aren't happy with their parts (even though we all had a really good audition. come on, admit it, we kicked ass)So if need be, i will lead the revolt. We are talking pitchforks and muskets and torches. What up now Susanna? Just let me know the time and place ;) Congrats to all my dance chicks, love you all, we're going to make this nutcracker fun, i just know it.

p.s. who has ideas for tech week spirit days? we need to have kick ass ones this year where people actually participate
