My dad
Well my mom just got off the phone with the hospital not to long ago and they told her that they are planning on moving my dad to a regular room today and out of the ccu. And because he is doing so well that they are sending him home tomorrow. Considering that on thursday night they told us that he wouldn't be out of ccu until Tuesday at the earliest my dad is doing amazingly well.
Yesterday was pretty funny with him because he was on some pretty heavy meds. Also after something like this most people lose their short term memory for a little while, so they had a sign in his tv that told him that he was in UVA hospital. But their for a long time his memory would reset about every 30 seconds and we had to keep telling him what had happened. Plus with all the meds his 3 favorite words became, "really", " hmmmm", & " bummer". We couldn't help but laugh at him cause my dad has never used the word bummer in his whole life.
Anyway I just wanted to let you guys know what was going on so I'll update you again if anything changes.
