I am offering a summer sublease in Aggieville for $250 a month plus half utilities (no gas, water/trash included in rent, electric is usually $30-40 a month per person). 2-bedroom apartment is furnished except for your room. Awesome location, very close to campus; roommate is really fucking cool. Perfect for someone moving out of the dorms. Small pets allowed (no birds/rabbits). Available mid-May, as soon as classes are over (free rent in May), or at the beginning of June, with the option to renew in August.
