(no subject)
So last night I took off for 'downtown' ie a four minute drive from my house. Some bands were playing uptown and I had a feeling a lot of ppl from high school would be there (where else is everyone to go on a Friday night in Orono?)
I saw some old friends I hadn't seen since this summer which was nice, got to catch up and see what was going on. Also ran into some of my classmates, who upon seeing me immeadiately turned the discussion to my hair (which apparently has been the talk of the town since I came home in October) grrr. Whats the big deal? It made me really want to get into my car and drive back to Smith right then-of course nobody would have been there-except maybe Bob the cat (haha-who apparently is my premajor advisor-at least that is what Elizabeth thinks).
Anywayay, my hair is short, it is going to stay that way, and yes, thank you very much I am very happy at Smith :-)
