I have a huge pet peeve
If you are having people over, why would you tell them or let them park in the driveway? 4 cars, 4 spots, do the math! Only recently has it really driven me nuts. That and miscommunication. Its running rampid in my life. Why do people feel the need to just assume? Its really annoying. Ugh, I'm irritated.
