Starting Monday, Kabil and I are going vegetarian for a month. Could be good.
Saw the significantly-reduced American version of Red Cliff (down 2 hours from the original to 2.5 hours). It was pretty good, nonetheless. I may get around to watching the full version sometime in the near future, as it is now available on dvd (and blu-ray - that could be cool). Pretty fun movie. It seems rare these days to see an epic Chinese war movie without some kind of mythology/flying involved, so that was a nice diversion form the standard.
Oh god, but this town is boring. I cannot wait to get back to Moscow on Monday.
