I leave in less than a month.

I'll be gone for anywhere between five to eight months with indeterminable visits home during that time.

After that, I'm not certain.

I'm just... letting everyone know in case they didn't already.

I'm excited to be off into life after all this time.

I have a few things I could have done better, but I'm who I am because of them.

The future will be whatever it will be.

I'll have my dissapointments, but overall, I'll make myself proud.

I hope I make you proud too.

There will be twists and turns and all of that jazz.

But if you hold on tight, this will be a smooth enough ride.

The world is my oyster, or something like that.

I wish everyone well while I'm away, a lot of you I will probably never see again, but that's okay, we had a good run.

To those whom are dear to me, think of it as an "extended waiting period" as Kev put it.

I'll be back before you know it, and it'll be fun.

Because you'll have a devilishly handsome, well funded, highly educated, navy man on your side.

So keep a list of the asses you want kicked, and the money I owe you.

I'll be excited to see how you all have gotten along while I was gone.

Until then I'll dream.
