OTP MEEEEEME!
An OTP meme, because I'm bored at work and need something to distract me from thoughts of college packing. The thought of forgetting something is starting to cause me serious anxiety for some godawful reason. >.< Stolen from a_white_rain's tags, which is my go-to place for meme shopping. ^_^

1. When did you first fall in love with ship number 1?
OHMAN. *headdesk* I think I've got to say the episode "Dalek", which is still one of my Top 5 Episodes Ever because of Christopher Eccleston's amazing performance. It was a couple of moments, when Nine goes, "she was nineteen years old", and has to take off his earphone because no matter how many times he's seen/heard/caused people's deaths, he can't bear to hear the Dalek exterminate this girl he's become so fond of. And then he's so incredibly happy to see her again, and AUGH.
AND THEN. They're up on the top level and he's about to destroy the Dalek and Rose turns to him and says, "What about you Doctor? What are you turning into?" And he's all, "But... I was just... I wasn't!..." And he's at a total loss because Rose, who herself was held hostage and almost killed by this monster, still won't let him sink to the level at which he's become so comfortable. This is really the moment that changes Nine, and creates the Ten in him. And Rose did that. <3 So yeah, OTP FOR LIFE.
2. When did you fall in love with ship number 5?
I remember there *was* a moment, but I've been binging on seasons 1-3 over the past two weeks so all the eps are starting to run together. I can't remember which one was first. One of the major ones, though, was in "Innocence". It was when Angel has just been turned, and Giles and Buffy were about to take on The Judge, and Jenny asks if there's anything that she can do. And Buffy's like, "Just go." and Jenny asks, "Giles?" and he can't even look at her. He just says, "Just go." In this definite sort of way, because even though he loves Jenny, he can't forgive her for hurting Buffy, even if it was really Buffy's fault. Because Buffy comes first to Giles, no matter what. <3
And then later in that ep when he says, "The coming months are, are going to be hard, I suspect on all of us. But if it's guilt you're looking for, Buffy, I'm not your man. All you will get from me is my support. And my respect." ♥
3.What is your favorite moment of ship number 3?
Dude. Besides a lot of the great moments that I love (Percy's reaction to the kiss, Annabeth's reaction when Percy shows up to his own funeral), it's gotta be at the beginning of Battle of the Labyrinth when Percy's talking to his Mom in the car. "It's not a date, Mom." "But she's coming all the way out from camp to see you." "Yeah." "And you're going to a movie." "Yeah." "Just the two of you." "Mom!" XD ITSSOCUTE I love how much of a normal *boy* he is. <3 That scene makes me snicker like no other.
4. What will the ship be if you take the boy from ship 2 and the girl from ship 1 and mesh them? If one or both of the ships are slash, then pick and choose.
Oz and Rose? (*flashbacks to "Tooth and Claw"*) I think they'd get along, enjoy each other's company, but not really feel all that drawn to each other.
5. Vise versa.
Oh man. Willow would make an AWESOME COMPANION. XD Especially seasons 1-2 Willow. She's so smart and geeky, but still snarky and semi-adventurous. She'd make a great straight-man against the Doctor's whackyness. XD That'd be great. Not OTP material, which is also a great companion trait, but still. AWESOME.
6. What's your favorite moment for ship 4?
Basically the whole Season 2 finale. On Aang's side, when he refuses to give himself over into the Avatar State if it means losing Katara, because Katara is a part of him and he doesn't want to lose himself just to get all this power (OMGAANGILU). But still, in the end, he'd be willing to do it if he thought that it would help keep her safe. And he did it and nearly died in the process, because he was willing to go that far to protect her. *...wibble*
AND THEN on Katara's side, when she looks up at Aang as he's shot and tears start streaming down her face, and even though you can see on her face that she's completely exhausted she summons up this incredible resolve and WHOOSH, this huge wave that demolishes everything just so she can go and catch Aang, to break his fall. And then it's all over, and she's cradling him in her arms and she just looks so *broken*. T_T (YOU GUYS. YOU GUYS MY SHIIIIIP.) And then of course that makes the moment where she's holding him and he wakes up and they smile at each other THAT MUCH MORE A;LKDSJF;LASDHG;A because they're both just so happy that the other one is ALIVE AND ;SADKJFA;LKSDH;ASDKLFA;KLSDFJASAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
7. How long was there between the time you got into the fandom and the time you started shipping ship number 3?
I don't really remember, but since I read the first three books in the span of about a week, I'm going to say pretty quickly. ^_^;; I just couldn't stop. And you can't read PJatO and *not* ship Percy/Annabeth. At least, not if you remember what pubescent-age crushing is like. They're freaking adorable.
8. When did you start shipping ship number 4?
Pretty much from the instant I first saw it. One moment that really comes to mind is at the beginning of "Cave of Two Lovers" when the two of them are in the water bending, and Katara leans over to help him out and Aang blushes like a wild thing. ~^_^~
9. Take three random people from three of the ships and create an OT3?
Um... I guess Doctor/Buffy/Giles. Because Doctor and Giles could be geektastic together, and since Buffy is small, kickass, snarky, and BLONDE (mostimportantly) I'm sure the Doctor could make a place for her in one of his hearts. And yes, that wasn't from three different ships, but OT3s in general make me squicky so cut me some slack.
Although if there was an OT4 option, I'd have to say Aang/Katara/Percy/Annabeth, because really, the similarities between the two pairings is striking. @_@ I'm seeing a pattern of shipping habits, here...
