Doctor Who 4x01: reaction post
I was waiting for this ALL FREAKING DAY, but I was finally able to watch 4x01.
Okay, I had been tipped off to the idea that Rose appeared in this episode, but I was honestly not expecting it to affect me as much as it did. I don't know whether it was because of how long it's been since I've seen Rose, or whatever, but I saw that blonde head and got a sinking-pit feeling in my stomach and she turned around and I all but burst into tears. -_-;; Kind of embarrassing, that. But really.
Shipping aside, Rose is seriously one of my favorite characters of any fandom I've encountered since the 3rd grade. Without getting too deep into it, because it's really late and I've had a long, emotionally draining afternoon/evening, I really connect deeply with Rose. And I was honestly not expecting her reappearance to affect me so deeply, or inspire such an intense feeling of relief/desperation.
...I can already tell that this season is going to make me SUCH A MESS. ADL;KGAHSDL;FKAJKJHG
Also, I partook of the carlisle_coop's "Doctor Who Drinking Game", except taking shots of Dr. Pepper instead of alcohol, and found it to be an immensely fun experience. I also went through an insane amount of Dr. Pepper in the process. >.> I feel somewhat ill now, and am extremely greatful it was not real alcohol or I'd probably have passed out by now. ^_^;;

David Tennant. There are no words of how much I absolutely adore every little single thing that you do. Just... ugh. I have missed you so.
Catherine Tate, non-romantic involvement with the Doctor FTW. THANK YOU for being a normal presence in his life. He's going to need that a lot. Also, you should try to make sure he doesn't lick anything he shouldn't. ^^
