I really love my old icon
but after going through 11 months in Japan followed by two weeks on Madeira
I went through some changes.
Many many many many changes.
[See the new icon (click to open)]It came to me that I might not get anywhere as long as I'm torn into two pieces
Light and darkness,
yin and yang,
feminine and masculine,
Between life and death.
I decided that the symbol of the two coloured wings had to turn into something else...
I felt they had to become one while still holding both.
So I worked on this one for half of the day!

Not sure about the source of the other 4 brushes I used, sorry! m(_ _)m
The K in the corner is my personal sign.
I created years ago. Really many years ago.
It combines my first and last name, though I can't tell here how (^_~)
If you know my last name you can try figure it out and pm me for the answer *lol*
The rest of the image, as you might see, is a phoenix, a fire-bird.
Well it's just the wing + belly + tail shown
It's because I chose rising over falling to ashes.
Noone knows what tomorrow brings,
but as long as I'm not to die in peace,
I'll freaking lead a hell of a good life :P
that's because I refuse to live a live that is less than this!
