This time of year, a very suitable time to think

Dear YFC - family,

I have been finally reading for_th3_written YFC essay this morning at a silent moment at work. It moved me. For the thousandth time I have remembered this summer. Our all YFC summer. I remembered all the details and had a hard time not to start crying. ‘I can cry later when I’m back home and standing on our balcony and smiling at the beautifully shining sight of the town beneath me’. Tears of happiness shouldn’t be held back. At least not for too long.

You know… all of you who were with me at the German lives, all of you who weren’t but have your caring attention upon me every day at this place, I’m so happy to have encountered you.

Thank you for holding my shaking body as I cried my eyes out, having “ALL FOR LOVE” in my ears and veins.

… for pulling me close as we were shaking in the rain or freezing cold outside of the venues.
… for cheering and singing your voices out with me.
… for your care whenever I had no more strength to accomplish the challenges before me.
… for taking me along.
… for giving your best to accomplish difficult challenges together.
… for helping out when I run out of time.
… for spending your time with me.
… for letting me watch over you, too as you watch over me.
… for answering my questions.
… for entrusting me secrets.
… for the good argues.
… for being patient with me.
… for the joy of our wonderful conversations.

Thank you for showing me your smiles. To me they are the most precious thing in the world.

Dear family,

one day, again, I want to feel you close by my side.

With all my heart
I love you.
Ever.
