Bitter Resentment

Keda sat alone in her bed. Her roommates had gone off on a raid of the kitchen and had dutifully neglected to mention it to Keda. She had grown to accept the fact that she was tempermental, and didn't really get along with her roommates, what did it matter? She had Alice for a friend, and the older Gryffindors and Ravenclaws were nice. She tried to concentrate on her Transfiguration homework but constantly found her quill writing bitter words unintentionally.

Deciding she needed to rant she pulled out her G&W Journal.

I don't want Ami to come home. She left me all alone a year ago, why should I care about her coming home. I mean it wasn't like I needed a sister around, no our parents only left for other parts of the world every other week. I didn't need her to keep me company, bloodline meant nothing. Besides we did only spend our entire lives best friend, but hell what did that matter when she could persue her dancing! I am so mad at her!!

Each member of my family is a missionary of sorts, with the exception of Anne for obvious reasons, but Ami. No she couldn't care less about saving the world, fine. I could handle that, but why did she have to take off in the middle of the night with no note? I hate her for it. I'll never forgive her.

Another thing, Kingsley had my damned potions text book and I haven't been able to catch him around in forever. I fucking need that book, why is he such an insolent prick?! And why the hell do I always think about him... Its not even like he's that good looking. So he's got a nice body, so does Frank, but I couldn't give two shits about Frank. Merlin, I just wish this would all go away!! I think i need a joint.

Closing the book Keda lay back on her bed, whipping her transfiguratin text across the room. She didn't care, she could make up some bullshit story for McGonagall tomorrow. Rolling over, Keda burried her face in her pillow just wanting to scream. Lying there she simply couldn't take the silence. The sound of students talking in the common room. Storming out of the grounds she decided a walk by the lake might cool her down.
