Christmas summary.
Things that have been ace this Christmas:
- hanging out with the inlaws and the dog
- Paul's amazing home made Christmas cake (and it's thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis big!)
- Battle For Middle-Earth!
- getting fab presents, including: A cool zombie comic from attackmonkey, some Issey Miyake body lotion, a snuffly wolf calendar and Vampire Bloodlines PC game.
- spending all boxing day in my pyjamas. Woo!
- having a real tree in the house that, amazingly, is not shedding any needles.
Things that sucked this Christmas:
- it snowed everywhere else but here
- Being on a massive dose of antibiotics that a) aren't working and b) are stopping me from drinking all the nice booze I bought and c) are messing with my contraceptives. Bah.
- cooking lots of veggies for Christmas lunch. The stress!
- Rupert Bloody Everett murdering the character of Sherlock Holmes, and spoiling the only Xmas TV I was looking forward to. Everyone knows that Jeremy Brett was/is the only correct Holmes on the screen!
I still have 8 days of holiday left. How ace is that? :)
