Endless milestones.
I don't know what it is about this project, but we're simply obsessed with milestones. Frankly it's fucking me off. We had one on Nov 30th, one on Dec 6th and another one coming up on friday the 17th. FFS! Needless to say there are members of my team who cannot be arsed doing even a moment's overtime, and there are others who just like to go in a fuck things up that were working before - despite the fact that I told them NOT TO WORK ON THE VERSION THAT'S IN THE BUILD!!!
Argh!
I've been so pissed off, I had a row on the phone with djimm last night, then spent the rest of the evening in tears and have consequently woken up with eyes so swollen I can hardly open them.
Tonight I'm meant to be going out for pre-birthday drinks with people from work but that can fuck right off.

Update: After some minion smiting, a tasty dinner from M&S and more delegation of tasks, I am coming to the conclusion that I don't really care any more. Only 2.5 working days to go....
