I'm Just A Little Too Not Over You.

No, this isn't a post about my non-existent talaga ba? love life--I was just listening to David Archuleta's song and thought it'd make a good title. :)) It's a lovely song--nakaka-LSS. XD Hahaha.
Exams are finally done, thank God. I think I bombed on Math and Statistics, though. :P No surprise there, but I really thought--and hoped--that I would be able to answer the latter accurately since I did pretty well on the long test. Apparently not. I despise mental block, I really do. *sighs* I have a feeling I won't be top of the class for much longer...I haven't been keeping up with my studies as much as I should have this quarter, and now I'm regretting it. :[
But enough moping. I'll leave that for another day--like say, a few weeks from now when they distribute the report cards. :P Hopefully, no tears until I'm safely out of sight. XP Haha.
As tradition entailed, I went out with couple of friends after our last exam. And when I mean a couple, I meant only two. Patalo kasi yung iba diyan eh. Nah, I'm just kidding. :)) 'Twas fun, anyway. We ate at Yoshinoya and watched Bride Wars--which was great, by the way. :D Some of the more touching scenes made me tear up--and I repeat,
andirules93, I was not crying, dammit. XD I'm just a sap that way. :P Plus, I think the fact that I've had a cold since last week--making my voice sound crappy and my throat hurt like hell--and that I was facing the possibility of failing got to me. It was nothing a trip to Starbucks--where someone was nice enough to treat me (you know who you are...XD )--and a long walk around Greenhills couldn't soothe, though. :))
For some reason, these outings have been ending badly. Dad forgot that he was supposed to fetch me and I spent like, two hours, sitting on a sofa in Starbucks and reading Atonement--a wonderful book, but the increasing lethargy hindered the full appreciation for Ian McEwan's work. :P Got home around ten or so, since we stopped by Pizza Hut on the way to pick up some food for my ever-expectant siblings. I was too tired to eat, so I went straight to bed. It was nice to get a full nights' sleep--the bags under my eyes are big enough as it is. XP
Oh, which reminds me, my glasses broke earlier this week. : \
No idea why, but the screw loosened and one of the lenses popped out. It find it funny that it happened shortly before we were supposed to take our Physics exam. Tsk. I'll probably have it fixed this weekend. :P It's difficult, not being able to see clearly. *sighs* At least my vision nowadays is better compared to last year. It's slowly improving, and I suppose that's a consolation. :]
