Race around Perth: Team 12 -The Turks!!!
So this weekend was the Race around Perth, fundraising for Panic and Waicon. This was the first year i have been involved and it was well worth it!!!
We were team 12 - The Turks. I was dressed at Tseng (FFVII Turk) and was partnered with alyssea, aka Reno, and we wore black suits and wigs...so u can imagine some of the looks we got running around the CBD in them! There were quite a number of ppl who knew who we were - which happily surprised me!!! ♥
So as for the race...we were both wearing high-heals, black suits in 27 degree heat....NO WAY WERE WE GOING TO RUN *(besides our 30 meter dash at the begining! )
Highlights for the tasks would defiently have to be the White Dwaf books task, in which, we were given a page each from a book and had to sing the words to a mystery tune that our partner had to guess....THE SITUATION WAS that with us knowing the guy there...HE GAVE US FANTASY PORN!!!!! >_< The song i sang it to was "Fly me to the Moon"..which alyssea guessed pretty much after the main part. But, her first song that she sung...I DIDIN'T KNOW THE NAME OF IT!!!!! (it was Wolfmother "Woman" from Guitar Heroes) so she had to change her song, and got "Fly me to the Moon and Back"....SHE HAD TO SING SO MUCH PORN THAT DAY!!!! >_<
So we continued to run around and ended up coming towards the end...but it was all good cos we had a great day!
We finished up taking some random pics with the help of cigerfei and Knux. We also did a rendition of the M.I.B dance - DAMN THAT "Take a walk with me" move wearing 3 inch heals!!!! >_< ...and we did this using what we rembered from the clip whcih came out about 10 or so years ago!
