On Tuesday....

I spent another five hours in the darkroom yesterday printing photos of pipes. I couldn't get the contrast right, so I printed the same three photos three times in a row. At least when you're in the darkroom that long, the smells don't seem to bother you as much. I seem to have mastered developing and enlarging. Now I've just got to take some worthwhile pictures. I wish my work schedule wasn't so fucking hectic. Otherwise, I'd go on mad road trips for my photo assignments.

Yesterday in the darkroom, Jay comes up to me and starts complaining about some smelly girl that's at the station right next to him. He was making a scrunched up face and his eyes looked like they were watering. I didn't feel too bad for him though. Big deal. So, she's got a little B.O. Oh no... I could smell her from over ten feet away over eight vats of chemicals. That girl was stinky! I was telling Chris that she smelled like she ate an onion patch and then ran a mile or so. It was so repulsive. But, at the same time, I felt badly for her. Was anyone going to tell her? Did she smell it herself? Is is an ongoing problem? I don't know. The poor girl...

Chris and I went to see Sideways last night at an independent theater in Camarillo. The movie was beautifully shot and it takes place in one of the most stunning areas of California. Ah, wine country! How you make me want to drink! Honestly, there's so much wine guzzling in that movie, it'll drive you crazy. I was wishing that we would have brought in a bottle and a silly straw.

Today is going to blow. I need to run to Kinko's and make twenty copies of this article I must present in Advertising class tonight. It's only a three minute presentation, but I still feel unprepared. Then I have to read two very long, very winded chapters and then it's off to class.

Well, I suppose I'd better get started with my day. There's too much to do and too little time.
