Yes, well... Luckily I didn't end up staying at home all night on Saturday. I called up Chuck to see what he was doing. I ended up meeting him, Shannon, and Erin down at Donut Time for some cheap hot chocolate. I bought a pack of cards on the way so we'd have some entertainment. So, we sat in the donut shop playing Jacks and Fives waiting for JonCarr to show up. When he did we migrated over to The Hat for more card games accompanied by large amounts of french fries. We played bullshit and mafia and had a swell time. There were a lot of people there too. It was me, Chuck, Shannon, Erin, Rodger, Brian, Aaron, Christina, and some other guy who's name I can't remember. The Hat was entertaining for about an hour or so and then proceeded to get boring very quickly. From there we all went over to Brian's and Christina's place in T.O. I really liked the neighborhood. Many trees, long curvy streets, and flat and retro fifties houses. The smokers (me, Chuck, Shannon, Erin, and JonCarr) had a software conference in Erin's car before heading inside to watch Shadow of the Vampire. Not such a good movie to watch when you're stoned. We really needed a comedy. We passed around a bottle of Smoking Loon cabernet while we curled up uncomfortably on the carpet. I was happy when the movie was over. Somehow I made it home safely. Someone up there likes me. It's not so much that I was fucked up, I was just really tired from working that day and a little loopy because of it.

It's Monday now. I cracked out my camera and took pictures for the first time today. Are they going to turn out? I have no fucking clue! But, that's what it's all about. Experimenting, right? Annie, Pat, and I got Thai buffet for lunch. Tasty stuff. Then I went home and prepared myself for work which was dull and slow. Honestly, I sat two tables during my shift. TWO! I spent the whole time drawing pictures of the waitresses, which I found quite entertaining. Luckily, Amy let me go at 8:30 instead of the scheduled ten o'clock. I sat around after work, had some fish and chips and a seven and seven. I then decided that right then would be a wonderful time to do photography homework. So, I clicked a few away right there in the bar. I must have looked like such a damn dork, standing there taking multiple pictures of the same spot on the wall. I NEED MY TEXTURES!!! Anyway, I'm home now. I'm tired. And I have to wake up early for tennis class. No good...

I need some time to kick back and get the hell out of town. Everybody got a vacation except for me! Wah wah!

Bitching and moaning,
Kerry
