I hate days when everything goes
wrong.
It started with my chem final. I think I did alright on it. I would've done better except the TAs said that both the reviews I went to covered everything we needed to know, and they didn't. I think/hope I still managed to keep a B or maybe an A in the class.
Then I went to get the form signed to declare a second major. They weren't going to sign it because they said I needed other signatures first (which I didn't). Then when they were going to sign it, they looked me up in the computer and I am STILL listed as an engineering major. I switched my major to math over two months ago. The lady said she'd straighten everything out for me, but I just checked online and my major still says engineering...
Then I went to yoga, which was fun.
Then I went to sell back my chemistry book. I bought the book new online for about $80. They sell it new in the bookstore for $139. They sell it used in the bookstore for $114. It is still in great condition. They offered me $14. I almost punched the guy in the head, but instead I told him that was ridiculous and didn't sell it to them. So if anyone is coming to FSU and is going to take CHM1045 and/or CHM1046, I have the book that is used in both of them and I want to sell it to someone not named Bill's Bookstore.
Then I decided to look at my schedule for fall to see what times my classes were. It took me one second to realize that my statistics class had dropped me. I tried doing a search for the class, and apparently they've canceled it because it wouldn't show up in the searches. So then I looked for the class I could take instead of it, and there were five seats left. I went to register for it, but it turns out all registration ended last Friday. So now I am screwed. You would think they would notify students if they cancel a class they are registered for...
But at least after Friday everything will be fine for a while.
Friday night I'm going to spend with Mary and Mike and his family for his graduation. Saturday I'm going to spend time with Victoria and her family for her brother's graduation. Sunday I'm throwing Mary an awesome lingerie bridal shower. (Her present came in the mail today... I love it!) Then Monday I'm spending time with Zach on the drive home. Then I'm going to have three months to see cool people and do fun things. Then in the fall I'm going to live with only non-annoying people. Good deal.
Oh, and plus I found new music that I am completely in love with.
