was full of win and amazing.
we started out on saturday morning around 7 30.
it was a beautiful and mildly foggy drive up.
we stopped for food in Houghton, at the like... Lunch Box? something weird like that.
good food though. =3
we continued northward to the Quincy Mine in Hancock.
we explored the ruins there. it was fun.
I like tuh'dles.
We got our hotel in Calumet at the Northwind.
and then continued to explore.
we wanted to go to Gay.
however, we had a lot of trouble finding a straight path to get there.
we kept going in circles.
but then we found it, and it was more epic.
we made the obligatory stop at the Gay Bar.
we went north to Copper Harbor and found the Beginning of US-41. it's a cul-de-sac road, but it had a dirt road off of it. Jorie drove down it naturally and got Hound all dirty (oh, babby).
We went back to the town after Stephanie and Jorie took some pictures back there.
The restaraunt was closed for another 10 minutes, so we went to a gift shop.
We all bought Knives. >D
then we went back to the restrant.
We ate at the Harbor Haus.
mmmm delicious!
we found a roadside park out by Eagle Harbor afterwards and did some chilling out on the rocks.
back down to hotel tiem!
it was raining hard when we got back.
we chilled out and had a cuddle puddle, watching some lame tv. =3
home on Sunday.
THERE ARE NO FAST FOOD PLACES ALONG THE HIGHWAY FROM CALUMET TIL LIKE NEGAUNEE SRSLY.
I thought I had to work lastnight, but turns out I didn't.

Stephanie bought us dinner from the Pasta Shop.
