Too late for that advice. I used Jet about a month and a half to go to get from Violet to Cherrygrove and cut the travel time. [Needless to say she was actually grateful for having no recollection of the pain after the fourth wall time skip.]

Yeah, riding bare back is not fun. I didn't think it would be any worse than going bare back on Appa. Boy was I ever wrong.
