You know I think there is an LJ app for the iPhone. You could always do "drive by postings" when you think of a brief thought to post on LJ.

That's what I do with my Crackberry if I'm not in the lab handing chemicals. :)

I've had that app before - it was so buggy back when they first created it, it hardly seemed worthwhile. I may check into it again.

Even brief updates are nice.

I completely agree with you about online learning.

My house is slowly getting cleaner too. This is largely due to hunting season being over and BIL being ocd while working out his frustration on quitting smoking. Now its my turn to tackle the kitchen and bathrooms.

I'm glad to hear that you're getting caught up on stuff.

LOL - lady, I was not implying that we are old!! :) More that we are BUSY and our lives are full of priorities! I meant simply that attending college in a traditional sense is such a luxury...tons and tons of time devoted to class, reading, research, etc...you could work, or not. It definitely wasn't as important as your studies. You could spend time with friends anytime, sometimes you even lived with them.

These days, we are lucky to read even for pleasure. Online school allows us to fulfill our inner nerdiness on our time, not when some professor says we must be in class. :)
