can't escape the tired-ness

Today was a fairly productive day. I have been reading the Jung-White Letters, which is a published series of letters Carl Jung wrote back and forth with a Catholic priest (Victor White) from 1945-1960. It's taken me a week to get through the entire book because of all the footnotes. There are a lot of people referred to as well as a lot of quotes in German, Latin and Greek. In any case, this is another important relationship in Jung's life that completely fell apart due to irreconcilable philosophical differences. In this case, Jung could not grasp the Catholic concept of provatio boni (evil as the privation of good) and White could not forgive Jung's Answer to Job, in which he accused Jung of pandering to his intimate friends but saw little use for the document otherwise. It is tragic to read the correspondence of two friends and know that eventually their relationship will fall apart.

After I finished reading, I decided it would be a good idea to clean out my office. I took three hours, shredded a full plastic bag worth of old bills/receipts/etc, organized my store and counted my inventory, and have found everything I need to finish my papers except for the hardbound copy of my MA thesis. I can't find this anywhere. It's truly annoying.

Aside from my missing thesis, I'm feeling pretty good about APA.

Now I am exhausted and thinking it's time to call it a night.
