epic WW fail

Thursday:
Fried chicken at Babes, with birthday cake in the afternoon.

Friday:
Pizza, chocolate dessert breadsticks, wine.

Today:
Hot dog and popcorn at the ballpark; fried calamari with dinner. Kyle and I ate a pint of lowfat frozen yogurt when we got home, which probably wouldn't be so bad, except that when you eat a ton of lowfat stuff it ends up having a lot of fat in it after all.

*sigh*

If I'm thinking positive, I'm going to say that I thoroughly enjoyed all of these and can therefore say goodbye to them until I can learn to eat them in moderation.

At least I ran this morning. I started a program, "couch to 5K," and I also walked two miles during lunch yesterday.

In other news...I am due for an lj update but I'm also trying to write one of my APA papers (presenting for Dr. Kugelmann's Depth Psychology course on Friday the 23rd as kind of a run-through). I have lots and lots to read. Which makes playing on the internet, of course, incredibly tempting. I'll write more later.
