Run. Again.
So I'm back to running. Sorta. More accurate would be I should be back to running but I finally went for a run this morning.
I waver between disliking running and hating it. Today I hated.
When I hear people say they "had a good run" I assume they are either lying or they mean "...because I'm not dead" and/or "...because it is over."
So today's run is over thank The Lord. The headache it started remains 3 hours later, encouraged heartily by an event that included Radio Disney. I do not get the Disney channel. I do not watch the Disney channel. And I will now loop radio Disney into this fold.
