On Friday they offered me the job. No I try to find a counteroffer they will accept that I can afford to take. It's so strange, in my 20's changing jobs was pretty much all about advancement, more title more money better benefits. And now taking a huge step backwards feels natural and right. And good. And exciting. Huh.
Added fun: daycare is full. No idea who will watch Eliza. That's not stressful or anything.
