(no subject)
i fail cause there are no december entries. ah well.
January:so here i am, at 1 am on January 1st, 2005. rather than throw myself a pity party that i'm here alredy, alone in my house, with my parents asleep, at 1 am on new years eve, i've decided to go against my usual inclinations of feeling sorry for myself and instead just accepting it and reflecting.
Feb:
who is that crazy clingy girl that's a senior in hs now? i think her name is like katie or something...? she works at buddys and last night i went there with my mom and she was like aaagh hi!
March: First best friend: katie ferentino. she became a bith as the years went on and she also became my first traumatic friendship. that was all before 5th grade though, so i guess it ended before it could have gotten really bad.
April:had my st olaf choir audition on wednesday. apparantly he and wango are buddies, which wango told me but i wasn't really sure how much i should believe him...
May:most excitingly, i bought a couch yesterday. this is my first piece of furniture to acquire! with my own money! i feel so special... haha. it was $25, and is beautiful. much excitement.
June:lalala. not much to say... checked out some books from the library... reading the lovely bones. a little on the creepy side. weather is nice. not as sunny as minnesota, which makes me sad.
July:um.... went on a gap shopping spree today. got $210 worth of clothes for $70. i rock hardcore. finished re-reading HP goblet of fire last night.
August:ah yes, the big countdown til the start of school. classes start exactly a month from tomorrow for me, meaning i have less than a month til i leave. about 3.5 weeks, in fact. hot damn.
September:woo! things are good stuff here. i had a couple of amazing days the past 2 days. yesterday was somewhat sucky because I tried out for handbells and didn't make any of the groups, but that should be expected since i have zero experience. ah well.
October:performing is not about yourself or proving yourself to others or keeping up a reputation about your abilities. it is simply about trying to convey the piece of music so that people may see the art.

November:things are grrrrrreat! as i think i've said before... this year has been really awesome, but really busy. the things i'm busy with add to the awesomeness but to quote sarah yesterday.... i would be ok if there were 3 more hours in the day. so true.
