thought - 480 isn't good when the recommended number is 2000. :( and the proof is in the marketplace barrel. i'm not quite sure why i did this to myself. definitely need stay away from this type of behavior so i don't get caught back in it.
yeah, so that's all i've got for now. i'm too yucky feeling to even sit up. i need a shower and a scrambled egg or something.
