so, great last 10 days, all in all. Scotland was wet, with large lashings of rain, deluges, downpours, "scattered showers", drizzle, etc etc. & then, the day after we got back from scottyland, the heavens aound alton towers decided to open up too. You have no idea how much i appreciate the dryness of my clothes, my room and liverpool in general. After the monday, I wish we had a mountain biking club, but i suppose it isn't really feasible given the location. Absolutely loved the speeding downhill from cairngorm lodge. Pity it took me most of the uphill to work out the gears (it's not just because i'm unfit, honest!). Mmm, too tired to continue. Photos to follow,
