when life gives you lemons most people will make lemonade, but maya likes to peg them at johnny.
today i woke up at like 10.00 and had to help my 8-year-old brother with his homework. which didnt turn out to well cause he is still working on it with my mother. i dont have many patients for my brothers.
today is a soccer game. and i really need to go. i havent been to the past like 3 games and i wond be at the last game cause ill be in CHICAGO!
i cant wait. it was going to be a lot more fun when it was just me and chynna. but now its me, chynna, gianni, chris, paul, greg, jamil, and sean. so me and chynna arent going to be doing much together and im kinda sad. cause i know all chynna is going to be doing is hanging out with chris and gianni cause apparently they both like her and she likes both of them. so chynna being chynna, shes going to be wrapped around them the whole time while i sit on the sidlines.
but lucky for me i do have other friends. and i hope they wont ignore me like chynna somethines does.
but despite all the ignoring i get from her, she is still my best friend. we have so much in common and we have been through so much together that its really hard for me to be pushed to the side so she can get what she wants. tell me an i wrong for feeling this way? i dont know. i wish there was someone who knew all the answers who i could talk to about this. cause its really hard.
ryan picked us up from school yesterday in his 'soccer mom mini van' as helen calls it and jeline thougth he was mr. marshall. which is really funny cause mr. marshall dosent like ryan, and ryan(as well as the rest of the odyssey team) HATES mr. marshall. ryans mini van does not have a working left blinker, or a left frount window that works. he took us to our odyssey meeting. we were listening to like some irish music remix in his car it was wierd.
when we got to the shop katie sent ryan to go get batteries for the car at the corner store. i wanted to go with him cause i was tired of standing around doing nothing. so we walked into the store, and all i see is like 5 spanish people(you know the ones who stare at you when your walking? thoes ones). so i started to feel a little uncomftorble, but we walk around this tiny store. like when i say tiny i mean like two of the big bathroom stalls plus mabey one of the small ones. it was small. we are walking around amlessly and we dont find batteries. ryan asks the man at the counter(which i was very surpised cause normally guys dont like to ask for any help) for batteries and their behind the counter. who put batteries behind the counter? well we get four batteries and ryan paied for them(you know when you go to a bank and the lady is benind the glass and you have to put your money through the silver thing cause the cashier is to cool to have people hand her money? well the same system at the corner store. except there was a guy insted of a lady.)and we left. we were walking back to the shop and ryan says 'we were definatey the smartest people in that store. i could feel my IQ drop just by being in there!' i was cracking up cause it was true!
another thing about the corner store, there was gambling machines and instructions in espanol. which i didnt bother to read cause i just wanted to find the batteries. over all its was a really crazyfunny experience!
and the batteries were in like chinese! they were chinese duracell batteries. ryan was like 'they definitely got those for free' and katie said in response 'yeah your right' and the whole team started laughing.
we had pizza, me and katie made these cool pants out of newspaper, monica was making a shirt out of pringle tops, and jeline was doing her best to annoy me and not get anything done. which i didnt mind cause we had fun.
we have another meeting tomorrow from 9 to12 and im hoping that me and monica can go see the 2 o'clock showing of aint misbehaving.
right now im suppost to be studying for an examen de espanol but i dont really want to and i think i get it.
but thats what i say for everything so we'll see.
