Gone...
Hey hey -
"Whoa puppy!!!!" - Elyse!! Happy Father's Day to all the daddios out there including mine. I didn't do much today. Gave Dad his gifts - you know all that cute stuff. Went to Village Thrift to get my Thriller costume - I got a Paul VI shirt and skirt and I just trashed it like a half hour ago. Then "Aunt Pat" and I went to Hot Topix and picked up a garter belt and REAllY CUtE "morbid tights - thigh hi" - they have red lace around the top to match the rest of my costume. Then off to Spencers to pick up Bev's hair stuff since we have pictures tomorrow night. I saw Greg there Saturday morning and I met the mysterious Katie’s best friend - I can’t believe I haven’t met her yet cuz I always see Greg.
My mom has been having me try on costumes all day, trying to get them all ready for this week. It’s goin to be wild!!! Tomorrow I’m supposed to hang w/ Koz and Tara - gotta <3 Koz - he’s so funny!
Friday I went to Ocean City with my girlies. We had so much fun, we didn’t leave the beach until like 8:30. Had a special visitor in Mr. John Davis = greatness- it was so good seeing him, and I hope he didn’t think we were totally berserk. But I did miss the show... I have to apologize to Bruce, cuz I told him I was gonna go, and to Scott too. I talked to Mrs. Noone on Saturday; she was at the show and told me she saw a few people.
Saturday I taught my last baby class of the year!!!! So sad…I’m gonna miss all those lil hugs. In the afternoon was Amanda’s grad party. I had a good time - great food. I saw Sean; I missed him, didn’t really get to talk to him tho. Saw Ms. Karen; haven’t seen her in a while either. She told me if I get in trouble my mom’s gonna kill me, and then she will… I spent some time with Kayleigh working on Thriller. She’s so excited about Friday.
Then I went to Rob’s sister’s grad party. That was a lot of fun. I learned to play lacrosse and got to meet Rob’s friend Shawn, or Sean, not sure. Everyone there was really nice. Then went to pick up Tara; Nick, Rob and Scott were over there for a while, and the situation was a lil strange for her.
The guys from the shore called. We have to remember to give them and the girls a call. It’s nice to have friends down there too.
I went to see my Pop-pop today. I was really sad leaving his house; he was just standing at the front porch watching us leave. I wish I was old enough to take care of him. He just seems so helpless. I think he needs someone with him all the time.
You all better come to my recital. It’s this Friday, June 25, 7:00 p.m. at Pennsauken High School. I’m in 10 or 11 numbers. Let me know and I can get tickets for $10, but at the door they are $15.
And right now I am sooooo frustrated - this is my second time doing this journal entry. The first got dumped by this damned virus thing going on. The first version was so much better too...but that’s the way it goes...
Well I’m goin to go download pix - I haven’t done that in FOREVER. Hopefully I talk to Risa or Tara tonight - maybe I’ll do somethin with one of them. Ahhh alright I’m out later!!!
