Well its day 2 since I got fired. Still in a shock as did not see it coming at all. The official reason is because the Infotek is going through restructuring but it is such a coincidence that they gave me x2 weeks notice on the same day as Jaime giving her x2 weeks notice. GiGi had a conversation with me some time back, saying that it is not fair if the company because of my negativity losses a good employee and yet I still remain. This is reasonable but just because Jaime and I have been and are still very close does not mean I influenced her in leaving the company. If I had such power over people, I would have made use of it a long time ago. Jaime has not been happy working there since day 1 and yes we have bitched and complained amongst ourselves, but we have also been encouraging and supporting each other to stick it through for at least a year. Anyway enough ranting and filling sorry for myself. I have learnt a lot from the company and it has helped me in identifying what I want to do and what I don't. Most importantly, I expect my commission to be paid upfront and lets just say if I don't get what I expect, they will get a letter from my lawyer.
