Random Sunday morning Congress high
So, I have discovered that at this point in life there are fewer things that feel more amazing than a leftover Congress performance high...let's just put it this way: when it's been about 3 weeks and you're just starting to get over it, and you STILL have people coming up to you to tell you two how amazing you were on stage and how you two make an excellent partnership, you know you've done something right because you obviously made an impression on the audience during those 3 and a half minutes. And then, to top that off, after all the praise, to have your partner point to you and say "Thanks...but let's be honest, it was ALL this lady here beside me" only makes it sweeter.
Last year I told myself I was going to perform on the CSC stage sooner or later...I never imagined it would turn out the way it did.
And THEN, when you tell Clifton that you STILL wanna step it up a notch at the next performance and he says "What could POSSIBLY be done to make that performance more sexy, you guys?!" THAT right there, is the icing on the cake.
Now..off to work :)
