Graze.com: Box #10

Sep 02, 2013 21:12

Ah, so happy for some snacky goodness.  There's not much junk food out in here Boulder - or at least, I don't let myself buy candy bars and potato chips every day.  I'm trying to eat more fresh food, and while Graze's contents aren't "fresh", strictly speaking, the snacks tend to be less full of processed chemicals.

Fruit and Seed Flapjack
See Box # 5.

Tomato and Basil Pizza
basil crunchini, mini tomato breadsticks and cheese cashews
Who do they think they're kidding?  There's nothing in this that makes me think of pizza.  The cheese cashews are pretty good - I think I've commented before that they have a pleasant creaminess - but the basil crunchini were flavorless rocks and the breadsticks were merely OK.
Verdict: TRASH

Bonnie Wee Oatkbakes
See Box #3.

Eleanor's Apple Crumble
raisins, cinnamon and honey almonds and apple
This was actually pretty good.  It made me think a little bit of an apple pie, because of the dried apples and the cinnamon sweetness of the almonds.  The nuts had a nice crunch and the fruit was decently firm.  Eleanor, in case you wondered, is the woman in charge of creating new treats for the Graze snack boxes.
