What is a good gift you can get for $10?

So our small group decided to do a White Elephant gift exchange, but not of the tacky variety. (At least, I hope it's not of the used-tchotchke variety; that's just awkward.) Our price limit is $10. This sounds fine and dandy until you go out and start shopping, only to realize that absolutely nothing interesting seems to cost under $10 these days unless you get it from the Internet, which I don't want to do because it'll be tough to guarantee the item will get here before the party net Tuesday.
Lame.
