Mr. P is away in Macau on his stag do which commenced at 11.30 a.m. in Mad Dog at
Wanchai with the
dentist chair and Jagerbombs. He isn't doing too good being away from yours truly given that I have received 6 calls and numerous text messages in the last 6 hours. I have a running commentary about the day's activities, much like BBC Premier League / Cricket live updates you get .
Anyway, I took the day off from the gym (and basically all forms of physical activity) as a reward for being truly good all week - combat classes, personal trainning sessions, swimming and walking (I mean serious hours of walking everywhere all week along with climbing up and down stairs and escalators). I've done zilch today (this is da life). Parfait.
(I have a girl's night out event later that I may bail on, since I am now nice, clean and soft after my bath.)
(Though I may well do a 45 min yoga sesh later to reduce the guilt of lazing all day.)
Tomorrow is right back to labouring an active day and next week's schedule is equally punishing hectic. Sunday kicks off with a swim (weather dependent) or combat class followed by my golf lesson at 3pm. After which I'll be well rewarded with a (value for money) spa treatment at
Bliss in the
W; the hotel's one year anniversary promotions includes 20% off all >60min treatments. Being my el cheapo self I booking in an hour early to use the jaccuzi and have a brownie. Me likey.
Schedule for the coming week:
Monday - Shanghai Tang fitting @ lunch; PT with Kyle @ 8pm followed by a 40 min walk home (cardio)
Tuesday - Cardio @ lunch (might do a RPM class if I am not too sore); hair treatment @ 6.30pm
Wednesday - Cardio circuit followed by abs, dips and planks in the evening.
Thursday - Pilates or Yoga @ lunch; light cardio in the evening
Friday - Personal training @ lunch; golf practice @ 7.30pm
Saturday - Wakeboarding (may squeeze in a run before if I'm not out late on Friday).
Sunday - Hair treatment @ 12.30; golf lesson @ 3pm
Repeat all over again for the next week and we are big day - 7!
