Insanity at the Studio

Yesterday we did:
  • 460 straight punches (230 thrusting, 230 snapping)
  • 138 front kicks (varying height from groin to face), and
  • 115 pushups (dropped to knees half way in).
as a workout. Phew! We would have done some crunches or situps after. several of us asked for them. and yes i really enjoyed it.
