I have no motivation today.
so i did 100 pushups
100 crunches
50 pushups slowly (ouch)
100 side crunches (50 each side)
50 pushups
full arm workout.
50 pushups
suspend feet 6" above the floor (held for just over 2 minutes)
10 more bicep curls
50 pushups
100 crunches, to even out the numbers.
300 crunches
300 pushups
I couldn't have done it without the air conditioner =)
